2010.01.28 - New Role for Ci's Andy Roberts
We are delighted to announce that Andy Roberts has been promoted to Project Manager.
Andy will now be responsible for the ongoing management of research projects, ensuring that they meet and add value to the clients brief and deliver actionable results with practicable recommendations for action.
Andy joined Ci Research as graduate from Northampton University in January 2005. He has since gone on to play an increasingly important role in the business. His project successes to date have included delivering a customer satisfaction market research project for Exxon Mobil garages about the service they received from suppliers.
Andy has also been heavily involved with the strategy for engaging hard-to-reach groups in the coming census for the Office for National Statistics. At this moment, Andy is particularly active in delivering research around the health, skills and social inclusion agendas, while also continuing to work with young people in research about alcohol, tobacco and drug use.
Andy said:
"I'm proud to be taking on this new role for Ci Research. The work here is always interesting. I've worked with some wonderful clients over the five years so far. We are typically involved from start to finish with each research project. That means no stereotypical clip-board surveys. We never take things at face value. And we're always at the forefront when it comes to using innovative and bespoke qualitative research techniques."
Ci Research managing director Ian Font said,
"Andy thoroughly deserves this promotion. He has delivered some excellent results and has grown in stature since starting out as a graduate with us five years ago. He brings some wonderful qualities to the business. He's very adaptable as a person. And he is an excellent researcher - with experience in interviewing everyone from public sector employees, to alcoholics and drug addicts. His respectful and professional qualities typify the approach that I believe sets Ci Research apart from the rest."
